 Welcome to D.O.I.T. Walls.org,The new site for D.O.I.T. CDC (Community Development Corporation). The organization is a 501 c3 not-for-profit, which was created by Michael D. Manuel to introduce students to Construction, CAD design, and Community Development. The foundation of our training program is the B.E.E. Program (Building Economic Empowerment) an eight week training curriculum of combined classroom and on-site instruction. The program presents opportunities for students to learn building principles while applying these principles in every day life. Students are Empowered to make life decisions to attend college, enter the workforce within the construction field or to start their own business. They are taught to bring their vision into reality. |

The B.E.E. Proces is an eight week pre-apprenticeship training curriculum of combined classroom and on-site instruction. The program presents hands on opportunities within the construction trade to its students, along with equipping the students to more adequately make life decisions to attend college or to enter the workforce within the construction field. A strong emphasis on student self-esteem and self-confidence development is maintained throughout the curriculum. |

D.O.I.T. Community Development Corporation, is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization, created by Michael D. Manuel to provide work for students in community development projects, such as rehab housing and new housing development. Our goal is to empower the community to participate in rebuilding their neighborhoods. We provide opportunities for inclusion while introducing students to professional careers in engineering, design, architecture, as well as construction related trades. Our Business Incubator provides a setting where our students get supportive services to network and grow their businesses. |
